7. Drone Operations & Imagery
As a drone services company, we capture aerial imagery including photographs, videos, thermal scans, and photogrammetric survey data. The following applies to such data:
All drone operations are conducted in compliance with DGCA regulations under the Drone Rules 2021 and applicable civil aviation requirements
Aerial imagery captured on behalf of a client is treated as confidential project data and is delivered exclusively to that client
We do not share, publish, or use client project imagery for any purpose without the client's written consent
Where imagery incidentally captures third-party individuals or properties (e.g., surrounding areas during a construction shoot), we take reasonable steps to limit identifiable capture and do not publish such imagery
Survey data, orthomosaics, and 3D models generated for clients remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the service contract
We may retain low-resolution or metadata-stripped samples of completed project work solely for internal quality review purposes for a period not exceeding 12 months, after which they are deleted
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:
Enquiry / contact records: Up to 12 months from last contact, unless you become a client
Client project records & invoices: 7 years from the date of service, in compliance with the Income Tax Act 1961 and GST record-keeping requirements
Drone flight logs & DGCA compliance records: As required by Drone Rules 2021 (currently a minimum of 1 year from each flight)
Website analytics data: Up to 26 months as retained by Google Analytics under default settings
Marketing consent records: Until you withdraw consent
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
